Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students at WES receive Talon Tickets from teachers for being safe, respectful, and responsible. They strive to be their best and help one another in and out of the classroom.
On Tuesdays, they redeem these tickets for prizes during recess time.
They bundle them in groups of 5's and get to choose prizes. Our supply of prizes has run low and we need new ones to fill our treasure boxes. This project, includes colorful pencils, stamps, pop its, and stickers. I know these new fun prizes will help to motivate students to be their best.
