My Project

Help me create an amazing prize box to motivate my students to be their best selves. These materials will foster an improvement in behavior among my students, by giving them things to work for instead of just consequences. Fun items like gel pens, stickers, and erasers will allow my students to earn rewards for their positive choices.

Coming out of the pandemic, my students have struggled to regain their mastery of behavior norms.

By providing them with a structured incentive plan and having rewards that they are willing to work for, we can reinstate the goals and behaviors that we want to see in the classroom.
