Even though my students are from a high poverty area, they still come to school every day to get their education. I am trying to provide a fun and caring environment so the students can grow to their highest potential.
These students deserve any opportunity we can give them to make education fun and exciting!

My Project
First grade requires students to focus on their own assignments and quizzes. To allow students to be successful, they need privacy shields. These privacy shields will allow students to focus on their work and not get distracted by the other students that are sitting at their table.
Having a privacy shield gives students the illusion that they are in their own private space.
Not only will the privacy shields be used during testing, but they will also be used during daily classwork for the students. Being able to have your own space is beneficial for students who struggle with concentrating and completing assignments.
