In my classroom, sharing and learning are not only facilitated by the teacher but also from fellow students who encourage each other to learn more and do your best. However, there are many times learning as a cooperative group is not possible and for those times we need privacy partitions.
My students live in a rural community and come from a variety of backgrounds.
Most of my students come from lower than average socioeconomic households. These students are motivated learners and are hungry for innovative and new classroom experiences!
My Project
Being able to have privacy at the tables in our classroom would open up a variety of exciting opportunities for my students! There are numerous individual learning activities that have been proven to enhance learning that we could use every day. Also, having privacy would give us an opportunity to focus and prepare for the many standardized tests we are required to take. Finally, the use of the privacy partitions could help me better reach out to students who are struggling.
Please help us get privacy partitions so my students can learn as a cooperative group and individually!
Without your help, this type of resource would never be possible for my students. Your help is crucial and greatly appreciated!
