I will be teaching a class of multicultural fourth graders that are a mixture of ELD, Special Needs, and Gifted students. They are eager students who are ready to learn and try their best.
Almost a third of our students come from low income families that cannot provide them with the resources they need to help give their children the best education possible.
These students are the ones on the free/reduced-price lunch list.
With the diverse students in my class, I always find myself modifying everything I teach.
My Project
For the past 10 years I have been using the same testing dividers and have had to mend them over and over again using duct tape. At this point they are filthy and are falling apart. Some have been written on which cause a distracting for my students during testing.
Please help us out by provided testing dividers for my us to use this year and in the future.
I feel privacy is the number one priority when taking an assessment so that the children can concentrate and remain focused on their work. With these dividers my students will be able to accomplish just that. Thank you in advance.
