This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a group of unique students who are excited to learn every day! Many of my students are English language learners and have limited exposure to English at home, so as their teacher it is a privilege to enrich their learning as much as possible. Many of my students come from low-income families, therefore the supplies and resources that they have access to are limited.

As a teacher, it is my responsibility to make sure that my students get both a character education plus a rich instructional education. Our school is a place that embraces all students for who they are and tries to give them opportunities that they normally would not have.

My Project

For months my students have been producing amazing work on different virtual platforms. However, now they want to print their work, but we do not have a printer to print it on. This printer will allow my students to print their reports, essays, and stories and show their families as well as classmates.

This printer will bring my students' amazing virtual work to life.

This will also help my students print work, such as their math sheets, and allow them to do the work with their pencil instead of on the computer. This printer will change the way my students learn and help them greatly.
