Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I currently teach fourth grade on the southeast side of Chicago. Fourth graders are at an age where they are curious about learning and want to strive to be their best. My students are full of questions and are always curious about new topics. I want to meet the needs of each of my students and make their 4th grade year, a year they will always remember.
My Project
I am asking for a printer and ink. My students have been creating and publishing their work through online programs. I would like to give my students the option to print their work on a classroom printer. Having a printer and ink to go along with the printer, will allow my students to print their work and once it is printed, we can showcase their hard work in the classroom. Also, having a printer will allow me to give the students material that needs to be printed right away, rather than waiting until I can get to the copier on the other side of the building.
