My students need a wireless printer to print all of the fantastic projects they are creating with their iPads. Students have created an online portfolio of their work, but often want to display their hard work.
My classroom is made up of 4th graders who are so creative and absolutely love using their iPads. We use iPads on a daily basis, and students are seeing a lot of success with technology in their hands every day. The school district that I teach in has a low income rate of over 70%, as well as a mobility rate of more than 30%. My students often don't have reading materials available to them at home, and I want to help provide them with every resource available.
My Project
My students are fortunate enough to use iPads on a daily basis. Students have worked hard to create an online portfolio of all their projects. However, they often would like to display their creations in the hall for others to see. We have no way to print our projects in color.
With a wireless printer, students will be even more willing to create projects on the iPads since they will be able to display their projects for all to see.
Students use their iPads for every subject, so the printer will add to their motivation and desire to create amazing work with the iPads.
