This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are passionate about protecting our planet—and they’re especially inspired by the lives of sea turtles. All year long, we explore how climate change, pollution, and human activity affect sea turtles and other wildlife.
Through hands-on research, multimedia projects, and creative presentations, my students are learning to be conservation-minded global citizens.
We need a printer in our classroom: whether it's creating awareness posters, infographics about plastic pollution, or writing persuasive letters to community leaders, my students need the ability to print their work and share their voice.
With your support, we’ll be able to print:
-Student projects on climate and conservation topics
-Informational posters about sea turtle habitats and threats
-Visuals for classroom displays and community presentations
-Teacher-created resources to support lessons and inspire action
