Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Welcome to our first grade class! We come from a community rich with black and brown families in South Los Angeles.
My students are curious, excitable, and bright students growing their love for learning.
Our reading levels and number sense range from Kinder - 2nd grade. We need help getting engaging and quality work to each of our scholars to help them move along their learning journey.
My Project
This project will be absolutely transformational for my first graders! As a teacher, I print so many posters for our classroom walls to remind my students of what we are learning. In elementary, it's important that those posters are colorful and engaging to make the learning stick.
My students love rainbows, help bring all the color to their world in our classroom.
Color printing will not only go towards all the learning on our walls, but also towards activities and centers that engage my first graders with hands on learning.
