My students need ink cartridges for our classroom printer. With the use of a printer we can publish documents and projects; a great way to motivate student creativity!
Remember when you were in school and created a written report? Things are changing in our world. Today's classroom reports are published in a technological world. Many days my students work on projects and create documents in WORD or Power Point. They are encouraged when we can print their work.
My students get excited whenever we can use technology in our lessons.
With ink cartridges, we can print their hard work, and even use it in our hallway displays. Having a working printer also allows me to give them copies of original pages that I have created to use in our lessons. Printer cartridges are a win-win for the students and the teacher!
My Project
The image of a classroom where the students are looking at one copy of a document or having to share a copied page between pairs of students is a real situation. With the ability to copy enough pages for all of the students in the classroom, this situation is eliminated. Every child will have their own copy to work with. Whenever a student types and creates documents in the classroom, but is unable to print, their masterpiece is lost once the computer is turned off. With ink cartridges, the hard work will be saved and published for all to see. This is motivational to young scholars, and promotes future participation in technology lessons.
Your donations will give students validation.
Their hard work will no longer be lost in cyber-space! The teacher can print out needed documents as well. The classroom will move into the technological age without a hitch, thanks to your gift.
