My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with students from diverse backgrounds. Over 95% of the population qualifies for free school meals. We are a Title I school. My classroom consists of special needs students, who put their best foot forward everyday.
My second and third graders are eager to learn and deserve quality materials.
With differentiated learning needs, having the right materials and resources is key.
Each students is unique, and has different learning styles.
We deserve quality resources and experiences that will shape their future. Being that we are a Title I school, however, it’s often a challenge to find funding to purchase materials and resources. Basic classroom supplies and technology are in high demand in our school. Our students deserve to experience high-quality education and resources to nurture their learning experience.
My Project
I like to print things in color to look more appealing to my students. They come alive when they are able to see their work in vibrate and beautiful colors. My future wireless printer will make a difference in my classroom by allowing me to print differentiated tasks and worksheets, make student copies, and scan/upload documents. I will no longer have to print everything in black and white! We will be able to create flyers and newsletters and use will be able to use our creativity. We can print using bright colors and graphics! Please help us make our dream a reality.
