This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In a school with 24 classroom teachers, 3 specials teachers, and many support staff, we were given only one copier/printer. There are various times when this copier is out of toner, paper, or jammed/broken. I often cannot find the time to make a quick copy or print out something for later, or even when it's time to do an assignment and I'm short 2 copies!
With a classroom printer, I will can provide quick differentiation tools for my learners.
I would love to have the ability to print off a supplemented item online to give to my students to help and enrich their learning.
This printer will also be helpful when the school copier is down, need another copy because someone spilled water, get a new student, or if I need to print something for an art project.
The convenience and usage that a classroom printer will give me and my students will be significant.
