I have a wonderful class of first graders in a high poverty neighborhood. The have very little themselves and our school has just been notified that we owe the city over $400, 000 because of decreased enrollment. We have absolutely zero in our budget and need our printer to be up and running to create our photo projects, class books and end of the year projects.
We desperately need to find some printer cartridges. Since our budget was cut, we have been told that we need to buy our own ink. My children have no income and I can't afford to supplement the class' projects from my limited budget. We use the printer for daily work for my Inclusion students, special projects for my class, and school activity books that we make to show what our class has been doing.
With these HP cartridges the children will be able to continue to print their own books and papers. My special needs children have trouble writing but can type simple assignments on the computer. I need to save their work for their folders as well as print it to display it. We also take a lot of photos because many of the children need that type of reinforcement to complete writing projects.
Please help us meet our goals this year by donating to our printing success. My students are eager to learn but limited in their written expression. You can help us PRINT IT!!!!!!!!
