My second grade students are motivated learners who enjoy working with others. They are particularly interested in playing learning games because it drives them to compete with one another but most importantly, it motivates them to challenge themselves.

My Project
Technology has been extremely useful these last couple of weeks as we moved away from in class learning to remote learning. Luckily, my students had the opportunity to incorporate the use of technology prior to the transition. In class, my students had the opportunity to print their writing assignments and get feedback from their peers and myself. Unfortunately, our class printer stopped working and could not be fixed.
My students felt proud when they saw their work displayed.
It is my goal to continue having my future students print their work. In the meantime with the requested printer, I plan on printing, laminating, and mailing math and phonics games that can be played at home with loved ones. The best kind of learning is done through play.
