Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have always been blessed with such amazing students every September. We watch them grow throughout the school year. They will learn letters, sounds, how to add, subtract, and so much more. This project will reach general education students and special education students.

We want our students to retain all their wonderful knowledge and their love for reading all summer long!

We know they will have the best attitude about learning and will always be eager to do so!

These skill books will help our students get ready for first grade. During the summer many students experience a "summer slide" and lose some skills. These books would help prevent that.

The fun reading books will help our students practice their sight words and sounding out words. We want to encourage a love for reading in our students. These books are the perfect level for all of our students!

These items will be used at home over the summer to help all of them practice reading and to be ready for first grade!
