My Project

Hi! I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and asking for your help! We are located in an inner city district with a very limited budget. Most of the time this is many students' first school experience. We follow a play-based philosophy and our students learn through their play. I am asking for your donations to help provide quality items for our dramatic play center. Our dramatic play center takes on many different themes throughout the year. It can be a home, a restaurant, a grocery store, a flower shop, or a post office, etc. The dramatic play center can immerse children in a variety of academic skills, as well as, foster their imagination. These items we are looking for also help introduce students to diverse foods and will help cultivate conversations about family traditions and different cultures.
