This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in one of the highest poverty-affected areas in Los Angeles county, and due to lingering budget cuts, we have limited access to technology. We find that music played during class helps students focus and settle in and can also be used to build classroom community playlists.
Help me give my students a speaker that can allow them to listen to music and other videos in class.
With this equipment, my students can listen to music, and other videos in spaces that are often noisy and hard to hear in. We can also play classroom created community playlist on it.
