Preschoolers Are Ready to Learn and Grow

Help me give my students materials such as a wobble board and The Sneaky Snacky Squirrel Game.to build their vocabulary, social, and fine and gross motor skills.

My Students

My school has an extremely diverse student population. Although our students hail from different cultural backgrounds, they have formed strong bonds and have created a thriving school community. We have a strong English as a Second Language program that serves students who speak Chinese, Spanish and Amharic.

My students love hands-on experiences!

These are especially important for my students who are still learning English because they need multiple ways to connect and show their learning.

My Project

Many of these materials are important to help my students learn fine motor skills. The tweezers, stickers, balancing games, loom, and art materials are all items that will help them improve their grip and hand-eye coordination.

The games will help us build cooperative learning and social skills.

Many of my students missed out on socialization opportunities due to COVID-19. We are learning to cooperate, take turns, and share in a way that is fun for everyone!

Finally, the letter and vocabulary materials will help my students develop literacy skills. They are working on learning their letters and communicating by using words, so these materials will make a big difference in these areas.
