My Project
For next year (and the end of this year), we are engaging deeply in project based inquiry learning. As students explore algebra 2 concepts - from quadratics to exponentials and trigonometry, we plan on empowering students to discover and play with these ideas in long-term projects.
The supplies from this project will empower students to be creative and organized thinkers!
Students will build and maintain portfolios as they move through instruction, creating reference sheets to contiguously reuse across the school year. The pens and pencils will help students take notes on the fly - especially when they're released out into the real world to discover!
In addition, the project supplies - glue, sharpies, construction paper - will help students use art as a way to further cement their mathematical thinking.
