Preparing for Our Future with Coding, Circuitry, and Architecture

Help me give my students books to learn how to code, Snap Circuits, and Keva Plank STEM building activities.

My Project

The coding books will be placed in our school library for students to check-out throughout the year. These books will also be highlighted during our coding unit, which is very popular amongst students.

Students will also have the opportunity to collaborate and build critical thinking and communication skills as they work together to create circuits and various forms of architecture during Maker Space sessions and media lessons that integrate learning from content learned in the classroom (math, science, social studies, and reading).

Since our students LOVE to build and work with manipulatives, these supplies will also increase the student engagement which will help to maximize learning!
