This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that my students come to school every day ready to learn, despite the many challenges they face outside the classroom. Many of them are newly arrived immigrants, learning a new language and adjusting to a new culture. Their determination, kindness, and curiosity inspire me daily.

The supplies in this project will help create a more organized, clean, and supportive learning environment.

Folders, pencils, pens, markers, and loose leaf paper will ensure every student has access to the materials they need to participate in lessons and stay organized. A teacher planner and desk organizer will help me better prepare engaging and structured lessons. Cleaning supplies like disinfecting wipes, towels, and spray will help us maintain a safe and healthy classroom for everyone. Lastly, snacks will provide a much-needed energy boost for students who stay after school for extra help, tutoring, or enrichment activities.

These resources will allow my students to focus on what matters most: learning, growing, and reaching their full potential.
