Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are incredible bilingual learners. They come from different backgrounds and cultures. My project is based on the essential supplies to start the year strong. Our school is a Title I school, and most of our students come from low socioeconomic statuses.
It is essential that as teachers we have the materials needed to get the classroom ready and to give students what they need during the year to be successful in their learning.
Throughout the years students use a lot of pencils, crayons, markers, and most of all erasers. My students know that mistakes are great because every mistake is a learning opportunity.
