Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are thrilled to celebrate Black History Month in our diverse classroom. We will be learning the importance of perseverance, advocacy, and innovations that will help all my students learn to set and achieve long-term goals.
Black History Month is a great step towards teaching them tolerance and appreciation for African Americans in our society.
I'm requesting black princesses and heroes for my students to promote diversity and inclusion. These educational toys will teach prekindergarten students that everyone should be included and have a voice. This teaches them empathy and acceptance of others.
The black microphone represents their voice, which they can hear no matter the color of their skin. They will be getting Hershey Kisses to celebrate Black History Month. Students will receive a plastic black bag to put the stuff in.
