it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach awesome Pre-K students that are in an English Language learning environment. My students come from a low-income and high-needs community where it is often difficult to find educational resources. As a bilingual teacher, I am constantly researching various ways to keep my bilingual students engaged and keep my lessons interactive. My students are always so upbeat and excited to learn, and when they have the opportunity to earn incentives their creativity blossoms even more.
Right now my students are becoming fast-paced learners and trying their very best to adapt to a new learning environment.
My Pre-K students have earned the opportunity to select rewards and incentives while learning which is a great win for all of us! My Pre-K students need more motivation than ever before to stay focused and learn while having fun in the classroom. I would be able to offer my students incentives and rewards when they actively participate and show up consistently to class person making their learning experiences even better.
