This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have not been able to experience many things outside the comfort of their homes due to Covid-19. I want them to come into their new Pre-K classroom and immediately fall in love with their new home. To create a welcoming environment I want to include things such as having comfortable and flexible seating, appealing lighting, and nurturing environment all throughout the class.

At the big carpet we will hold fun whole group meetings where we can learn and interact with each other.

All the items will help our students feel comfortable in our class.
