Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In March, we celebrate Read Across America! We have guest speakers come in and read to the students. We also have fun dress up days. I would like to be able to add to that fun and have a book for every student in Pre-K that they get to keep! Students always love being able to come to the school library and pick out a library book to borrow. They get so excited when I have books that are free from donations! A brand new book will add more excitement to the love of reading!
