Pre-K Listening Center

Help me give my students a listening center where they can hear stories, songs, and calming sounds.

My Project

Music, stories, songs are important elements in a pre-K classroom. Students benefit from listening to music and stories throughout the day.

A listening center will allow students the autonomy to hear songs, calming sounds and stories at their leisure.

With the Tonies Box and characters, my special education pre-K students will be able to independently hear songs and stories throughout the day. This center will be used to increase core vocabulary words, create a calming option for students who are feeling overstimulated and facilitate independence by allowing students to choose their Tonie character to listen to.
