My Project
Hello all, and thank you for considering donating to my class! My students are very creative and love to play in the dramatic play area. Through pretend play, they build vocabulary, problem solving, communication, conflict resolution, planning and organizational skills. Pretend play also helps them to build relationships and strengthen our classroom community We would love to add more items to our dramatic play area that are just like home. The pots and pans, dishes, and books would be great additions to support our young learners.
Pretend play builds cooperative, social emotional, language, and many other important skills.
The materials requested will be used on a daily basis as the dramatic play area is one of the most popular centers in the classroom.
