My Students
I am a pre-kindergarten Education Coach helping to educate and support amazing 3, 4, and 5-year-old students in an urban district. I am the education coach for 10 pre-k classrooms throughout our district. All of the students receive the free lunch program provided by our district. The students are learning how to be caring, responsible, respectful, and educated young children during this most unusual time.
I love seeing the students creativity everyday.
When they are in class with their teachers, they are engaged while learning language arts and math skills, science and social studies concepts, and social-emotional calming techniques.
My Project
Our students are living in a digital world and are using iPads in school everyday! The work they do on their iPads can’t be printed. Our Pre-K students love to draw and play games, but once they are off their iPads, the work they do is done. This printer and ink will allow me to print out their work so they can have it to show their families and I can save a copy for their education portfolio. If they find a game they like to play on their iPad, I can print it out and they can take it home and play it with their families.
