This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All my students are from low-income families and most of them do not receive the stimulation because of the lack of opportunities or lack of material at home, and do not learn the social skills required to prepare them for school. Typical problems are parental inconsistency frequent changes of primary caregivers, lack of supervision and poor role modelling. I try to make every day special by implementing fun and educational centers with lots of sensory elements. With all those fidgets my students will learn letters related to the beginning sound of each object; numbers , by counting these objects; colors and textures.
