This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I’m looking forward to teaching my vibrant group of new circumstances. Beginning Kindergarten is never easy but this year will prove to be extremely challenging as we won’t be able to meet face to face due to COVID 19. Giving hugs and social interactions makes the experience all the better. Now we must meet virtually and build a connection until it’s safe to be face to face!
My Project
As we all know the learning losses for the students has been tremendous due to COVID 19. Especially for the younger learners who need a little more to help them with their foundational skills and to instill the love of learning! They will be used at home to help with getting them on track for Kindergarten success! These take home kits will go along perfectly with our curriculum to help the students! We must work together to help the students to bridge those learning losses! Please help us to do so!
