This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are excited to have three new Modern band classes in our school where the students are learning drum set as well as other modern band intruments. Because of the drum set's popularity, we have many students wanting to play both in class and at after school practice. However, the volume of the drums are distracting to individuals trying to practice other instruments.

With a set of electronic drums and a pair of headphones, students can practice the drums at a reasonable volume and not distract other students practicing as well.

With your donation, we will be able to create an environment where these eager and enthusiastic students can become expressive and dedicated musicians.
