This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach in a dual language classroom. My students are enthusiastic learners who say they love school. They are special because they have the opportunity to learn in two languages. I try to provide them with a safe and welcoming environment. I want them to have the best learning experience possible.
My Project
I am requesting dry erase boards and markers for a versatile way to learn and practice. Dry erase boards allow students to easily erase mistakes until they get the work correct.
Dry erase boards provide the ideal surface for students to practice writing letters, words, and solving math problems.
They can be integrated into all curriculum instruction. The use of dry erase boards increases my students engagement during the lessons because it is more fun to use the boards than using pencil and paper. The use of dry erase boards also allow me to check for understanding and quick assessments to see if students are learning,
