This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My class is comprised of curious, motivated, and supportive individuals. Getting daily math journals and math wipe boards will strengthen the basic math skills they need for fifth grade.
These resources will enhance their learning in math through hands-on application.
They enjoy working collaboratively and become highly motivated when given the opportunity to work on a hands-on project.
We constantly talk about ways to improve this world, and they are beginning to understand that change starts with them. One of my regular morning messages to them is, "Education is the key to a better future."
