My class has a class set of Chromebooks. We use them to practice typing, taking reading tests and use web-based programs to practice skills. I am requesting a web-based program that my students will use daily on the Chromebooks.
This year I am teaching a Second/Third grade combination class.
I am really enjoying my class. My new second graders are amazing, hardworking, inquisitive students. My third graders, all whom I have taught before, are independent, smart and amazing! How can I go wrong with this combination of students?
My Project
My students need a one year subscription to MobyMax and a box of gel pens. I had my students test the MobyMax.com website and we fell in love with the program. Students were using the program to review vocabulary, math, reading, and many other skills. Along with practicing skills, students earned game time by getting problems correct and spending time using the program. Unfortunately my trial subscription ran out and we cannot use the program in its entirety. We are asking for a one year subscriptions so we can continue to practice skills, get feedback, and play games as a reward for doing good work.
My students have enjoyed the feedback they have receive from MobyMax but to continue getting the feedback, I will need to purchased a one year subscription for my classroom.
Since we have a classroom set of computers, having the subscription will be practical as students will utilize it on a daily basis.
