My Project
Having a sketchbook to practice art techniques and plan projects out is very important in art! In previous years, my students have practices techniques and done their art planning on regular printer paper. This works in the moment, but as far as looking back at those papers at a later time, it has been a little challenging.
My students are capable of great things and having an organized place for their work will help them review, revise, and achieve their art goals!
These sketchbooks will help students keep all their practice and planning work for the year in one place. There will be no more destroyed or missing papers so students will be able to access their ideas more easily. Students will also be able to look back and see what they have done in previous lessons to refresh their memories and give them ideas for their current project.
Getting all our students into the habit of proper practice and planning techniques will benefit them for years to come. I look forward to watching my students grow as artists and critical thinkers with their new sketchbooks!
