My Project
My students often say, “Now I can see it! Now I get it!” when a concept finally clicks, usually while looking at a printed visual on the whiteboard that we created together. Clear, enlarged math models, step-by-step examples, and SEL reminders make a huge difference, especially for students with learning differences and those with eagle-eye attention to detail who thrive on consistency. (Yes, I’ve had students get completely thrown off by a wrong date on the board!)
A wide-format printer like the Epson EcoTank will allow me to create full-color materials my students can rely on, big enough for everyone to see, review, and revisit as we learn together.
I can print weekly schedules, math vocabulary posters, and SEL reminders that help students stay calm, focused, and in the loop.
Combined with the fast, reliable laptop I just wrote a project for, this printer completes the picture. With these two tools, I feel focused, equipped, and ready to deliver exactly what our students need in our special education classroom.
