My Project
Our project has a rich history of engaging students in immersive flight simulation experiences, and with the generous donation of our previous system in 2020, our lab has logged hundreds of flight hours over five fruitful years. The success of that system has inspired us to seek an upgraded and modernized system to run the latest version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. This new hardware is not only a technological upgrade; it is a critical necessity to meet the increasingly demanding graphics and processing requirements of the new Sim, ensuring that our students can continue to benefit from a state-of-the-art learning environment.
What makes our students truly special is their boundless curiosity, determination, and passion for flying, launching rockets, learning about Newton's laws of motion, and their willingness to adapt to new flight circumstances!
Each new resource, including a modern high-performance processor, enhanced GPU, and more RAM will directly empower them to explore the complexities of aviation and simulation technology with greater accuracy and realism. Our goals for this project are to provide a cutting-edge platform that enhances technical skills, fosters critical thinking, and promotes collaborative problem-solving. We still are using the flight platform and peripherals that you have donated previously. By integrating the latest simulation technology, we aim to inspire future engineers, pilots, and technologists, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to soar to new heights.
