My Project
Over my thirty-six years as a coach, students have often come to practice and developed cramps. Their bodies lose electrolytes during practice and games. Not being properly hydrated has proven to be an extraordinary inconvenience for student-athletes. Many students do not have money to purchase electrolyte drinks or hearty snacks from the school's vending machines.
Help me purchase Gatorade, Granola Bars, and Skinny Popcorn to make sure that our student/athletes remain hydrated and sustained during our spring practices and work outs.
Our athletes are often in need of electrolytes which are a necessity to playing healthy both in the spring and in the fall.
