Power Up the Learning in Our Library

My Project

Our school library is a vibrant hub of learning, collaboration, and discovery; however, half of it is currently without access to power outlets. This means that students who rely on laptops for research, reading, and assignments often find themselves scrambling for a place to charge their devices or miss out on valuable learning time.

I am requesting charging cables, power strips, zip ties, and carpet covers to safely and efficiently distribute power throughout the entire library space.

These resources will allow us to extend access to charging stations to all areas, making the library fully functional for every student, no matter where they sit.

With classes frequently held in the library and students using the space throughout the day, it’s essential that they can plug in and stay powered up. By ensuring that all students can access charging ports, we are creating a more equitable, organized, and student-ready learning environment.
