it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My school is designated a Title I school because it services a high percentage of students from low-income families. It is composed of a high percentage of limited English proficient children and children with disabilities. My class is composed of highly motivated 4th grade students. My class has a large range of abilities and intellect and are always looking to improve their learning. I strive to make their education engaging and fun. My goal as their teacher is to give them the life skills and proper education needed to succeed in life and become the future leaders of their community. With your help, we can acquire the tools and skills to reach their dreams. Thank you for your consideration.
My Project
I believe public speaking is an important skill in todays society. Public speaking will allow students to become confident in conveying their ideas effectively to their audience. I’m asking for donations to purchase a microphone to our existing class camera to allow our class to better capture the audio when students present their projects. I often find it difficult to get great audio from the cameras current audio. I feel this will make a great impact in my class because students make a video recording for all classroom subjects. For example, science presentation and finding, research projects in social studies, classroom news, mathematical strategies to solving problems. Help our class get the best video and audio presentation possible. Thank you for your consideration.
