My Project
Preparing my room for two groups of incoming grade 4 scholars will be a challenge in September 2024. I am actively seeking ways to organize daily needed supplies that are readily accessible as well as easy to clean up.
Having to share a desk with another student on a day to day basis means that supplies may be used and not cared for while the other student is in the other room, this causes unneeded stress and worry about things going missing and/or broken.
Help me help my students remove this unneeded daily stress by giving each student their own zippered pouch that can be hung for easy access within the room.
Some incoming students are very immature. Why make students share materials when they each should be responsible for their own? These pouches that can be clipped when not being used will help remove some stress and anxiety from more responsible students.
Perhaps, the less responsible ones will learn to take care of their own materials soon..... that would be a WIN WIN in my book.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
