My Project

My 7th-grade special education students are hard working, curious, and eager to learn. It is during the middle school years that they will begin to embrace learning and understand the value of their education in general. Please help us add some classroom items that will enhance and protect technology and support student learning of foundational skills. The keyboards will be used to provide a more comfortable and precise way to type, reducing errors compared to using the touchscreen. The IXL workbooks will be used alongside the IXL digital platform, offering a way to practice concepts learned online in a traditional workbook format for students in need of foundational review. The briefcases will be a protective space to carry a laptop, safeguarding it from damage during transit while also offering organized compartments to store other essential items like a charger. The receipt book will be used during consumer math tasks.
