Positive Reward System Using Incentives that Includes all Scholars Schoolwide

My Project
Our inner-city school uses a schoolwide reward system as incentives to encourage positive behavior. Our scholars earn "Bucks" when demonstrating the following: Accountability, Growth mindset, Problem solving, Self-control, Volunteerism, Self-management, and Teamwork. The items that I'm requesting will make a difference in their learning because they get rewarded after obtaining five or more bucks.
The goal for this project is for the scholars be rewarded for their hard work by being able to "cash in" and redeem their bucks more often throughout the school year.
The school has a space created for a school store and needs more items for the scholars to be able to redeem. We have only had enough items for the scholars to redeem their bucks once. The scholars are constantly asking the administration when they will get the opportunity to cash their bucks in again. The school is in the red and doesn't have additional funds to purchase items for the program to continue.
What makes our school and scholars special? Our K-8 Charter School is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The school serves low-income and underprivileged scholars. This year, there is an entirely new staff, including administration. Most of our scholars and families have attended school here for many years. With the new administration and new teachers in the building, we had to start everything from scratch. With the help of these incentive rewards, the staff is excited and hopeful to make this year the best school year that our scholars have experienced!
