This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My wonderful students work so hard everyday. I make sure to praise and encourage positive behaviors throughout the day. Students love to be recognized and work even harder when they feel confident. At our school we have been successfully implanting a PBIS rewarding system. I love how it works to truly reward the positive behaviors over the negative behaviors that need to be worked on.
I believe these treats will be a huge hit in my classroom.
I will use them to reward the positive behaviors like hard work, effort, kindness, and respect. My goal everyday is to promote kindness, hard work, and effort in our classroom.
