My Students
Our school is in the North Bronx, at the very top of New York City. As a school, we are building a positive behavioral support system to reward our students for doing the right thing. Right now, students are earning points through Class Dojo for wearing uniform, actively working in class, transitioning professionally in the halls, and showing kindness to others. Every Thursday, students get to shop in the Dojo Store with their points. Students have requested plants, bookmarks, chapstick/lipgloss, slime, mechanical pencils, pencil cases, and snacks. We hope we can give these small and meaningful things to our students who have been through so much during a pandemic and are readjusting to school again.

The materials from this Donor's Choose project will help stock our store and keep students motivated. We surveyed what students want to see in the store, and these are some of the items they chose.
