My Project
Students within our school district earn points by exhibiting good behavior, going above and beyond, and in general show exemplary or outstanding work. These students come from a low socio-economic status and can use their points to shop for items they need, want, or may never have access to otherwise.
Our classroom is one that is built on positive rapport and our slogan is "Maslow before we Bloom." The items in this project will go towards the students' basic needs and provide them with what they need to be successful throughout their days, weeks, and years as we work to build their confidence in reading and writing.
