Positive Behavior, Positive Reward!

Help me give my students the school store that they have been working so hard for! At our school, we are working on positive behavior and our school store allows us to really work on our PBIS program!

My Project

The goal of this project is to increase positive behavior school wide from Kindergarten-5th grade. These items allow the students to have a goal to work for by demonstrating positive behaviors. The school store operates monthly. Students earn dojo points for following expectations, showing kindness, helping others, etc. They can choose to spend them short-term (each month) or long-term (until they reach their goal). This has allowed for a significant shift in our student's mindsets and allowed teachable moments of how to set goals and achieve them!

We have had great feedback from staff and students about our PAW MART and would like to continue to operate to best serve our students!
