My Project

Creating a positive school climate starts with reinforcing the behaviors we want to see more of—kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and consistency. As a Community School Coordinator, I support schoolwide initiatives that help students thrive both socially and academically.

This project will help provide punch cards and a variety of small prizes (like stickers, pencils, and fidget toys) for our treasure boxes.

These rewards will be used as incentives to celebrate students who show up each day ready to learn, treat others with respect, and meet classroom expectations.

Positive reinforcement goes a long way in creating a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment for students. With your support, we can build a school culture where students feel seen, valued, and encouraged to be their best every day.
